Need Help!

I've been trying to update my Samsung focus and for some reason it keeps getting stuck on the part where it restarts the phone. It just won't come back on. I got the windows phone support tool but I can't set my phone to the connect to pc mode that it requires to use. I'm not sure what to do. Any help would be so nice. Thanks.

My focus was the same problem . It can't restore and stuck at sync logo . And Zune always show error code C101002E .
