need urgent help some one nuked my xbox 360 inbox with a undeletable messge

ok besides reporting them to xbox and microsoft how do i get rid of this messges its a friend ad i declined it an it and its still there i also tried deleting from outside the messge and its still there do i have to resort to reformating the whole xbox and setting my account up again ?

what if i just delete my gamer profile only and re something it to the xbox again? that way dont have to reformat the whole xbox ?
