Need Urgent Help With GDR3 update. Always stuck at downloading update 0%

My Lumia 920 stuck during black update. Always at
Downloading update 0% even when I have a very very
strong wifi connection. Any solution?

is battery saver mode turned on ? if so turn it of from settings

Plug your phone to your pc via usb and re-try
worked for me
