I'm not so sure, but yeah, I'm also thinking next week, just not sure if the day (we've had preview builds come out on everyday of the week besides the weekend).

We're not certain about that yet and Insiders should get it a little bit before that.

Why when the 950 and 950 XL will probably be the first phones to ship with it installed / need a day one update?

Either way, the ball is in Microsoft's court, and this next build will probably be the RTM build, let them make sure there is not a single bug left.
