New firmware 11/7/2016?

Hey did anyone else get new firmware yesterday? Or just me?

I searched around for any information about it, but nothing came up.

I got it as well. The Surface Pro 3 update page hasn't updated. Still showing the last update was in August.

Here as well. Did not yet reboot to complete the installation. Anybody encounter any issues?

Edit: I can see in device manager that there's an update pending for the Surface Pro Embedded Controller Firmware.

I too got it and yes its not showing up on microsoft page

I got it. I also got my first BSOD on my unit right after installing it. So far all seems ok after rebooting.

It's to do with the [URL="http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/forum/surfpro3-surfdrivers/surface-pro-3-with-lgc-lgc-battery-degradation/f4fc3ec9-0771-46a3-8282-eaf588a7457e]LGC battery problem[/URL]. The controller has been misreporting the battery charge and this update was supposed to fix it. Unfortunately, some people have found that it makes no difference.

I got it. I'm not seeing a difference. I wasn't having a battery problem though.
