New keyboard Installation Problem

When I try to install a new keyboard it says preparing for download and after a while "attention requeried"

I have Cyan + Update 1

I have read a few posts from users, who have said that after installing Update 1 they are having issues installing keyboards / speech packs (not sure if they are related as i don't have GDR1)

Do you have update 1 installed?
