So we bought my mother in law an MS band on sale for $100 at the ms store.
My wife already has one and has been using it since last Christmas, hers works fine.
The new one does not make it through a day, not even close and once you put it on the charger, it always shows the charging signal even after you take it off the charger.
I reset it completely and held down the buttons.
As soon as you put it back on the charger, when you take it off, the charging signal is on again and never goes away.
Anyone had this issue and a solution, before I bring it in to the MS store?
