With Windows 10 now officially available in many new PCs, Microsoft has quietly set a target date for the end of PC sales that have three older versions of Windows pre-installed. The company's Windows Lifecycle Fact Sheet page was recently updated, revealing that OEMs won't be allowed to sell new PCs with Windows 7 Pro installed after October 31, 2016.
