New slow ring update won't let me open a number of apps including system settings! What can I do?

New slow ring update won't let me open a number of apps including system settings!

My 830 updated today to a new build on the slow ring. I now can't open a number of applications including system settings and windows insider. Tried a soft reset with no success. What can I do?

All your core apps and 3rd are still in pending update in Store, you can check it by yourself going Store -> hamburgher -> downloads -> CHeck updates.

Store has some server random malfunction since 2 / 3 days, hope they fix it before weekend
