New Surface and Windows 10 and Accidental Malware install HELP!

Hello -

I got a new surface and in my rush to install some of my older programs I ended up installing some Malware (reimage/cinemaplus ect....). Windows Defender doesn't seem to be doing the job.

What would be thing for me to download to make sure I have it all off?

Hard reset your pc.. you will find it in settings.. ---> update and accounts.. ..
