I found this on Microsoft's Gmarket, which is a Korean version of Ebay.
Seems like a black version of the 2017 Surface Pro or the new LTE version...

It is very likely. We'll need to keep a look out for the front page of Windows Central to hopefully see what they know about any newer hardware. The new Surface LTE should be around the corner...
