we dont know for sure, but its quite possible your model is one of the ones that was picked for whatever reason

No Cyan for me yet or for my wife either who has same handset but is on EE UK. I'm on Three UK. Latest update installed OK for both of us though.

My Lumia 920 WP 8.1.1 DP has received Cyan today too (I never downgraded it, so I had 8.1.1 DP, but no Cyan, until today) ...

Cyan is firmware. WP is the OS. They can be updated independently, within limits - for example, 8.0 on Cyan isn't supported, might not work well, though we don't know since Microsoft hasn't given us a way to get that configuration. Cyan with 8.1 for production updates from Black with 8.0 was a packaging choice for Microsoft. Plugging Cyan in under 8.1.1 DP is another packaging choice that they're now providing.

Just updated my Nokia 520... two updates.

First got me to Cyan, second got me to 8.10.14176.243

I was previously stuck on Black with GDR1

So 520 USA users GET IT!
