New win phones need help

Hi

I have just bought 2 new win phones nokia lumia 1020 and a lumia 1520.
i have moved from android and need some help please,
1, can some one tell me a good music player to use the ones on my phone xbox and the nokia one are terrible, i want to be able to make a playlist out of my albums etc
2. i need a app for my security cameras at work i have a swann dvr 8 channel, i downloaded swannview but its terrible you can only see 1 camera at a time, i had swannviewpro on android which was great, any apps out there?
3. the hotmail/outlook app is poor, any good ones out there,? i tried outllook pal which is ok, but the notifactions stay on your phone after you use it.
4. is there a offical dropbox app cannot find it? or should i move to skydrive?
5, any good apps what work well with lumia phones?

i love the lumia 1020 the camera is amazing so i will put up with the poor app selection and i think the os isnt as bad as people make out.

if anyone can help me that would be great

1. Yes, the music player is awful (in my own opinion). I use an iPod for music
2. You'll need to contact the creator of the app to ask if there will be any updates to bring it in line with other platforms. If no one asks, no one will get.
3. What do you need from a mail client that the phone's built in apps don't supply?
4. Moving to Skydrive is a great idea. Depends how much stuff you have.
5. There's not many apps that have been coded to take advantage of the full HD screen. But then most apps look far better on the 1520....

I do security cameras as a side job. If the DVR doesn't have a WP app I use the web interface through IE to view the cameras when needed.
