Newest MS Health update caused problems with Accessing Guided Workouts: Can someone post one for me?

I've posted about losing access to the Guided workouts section of the MS Health App and the dashboard on the website, and am working through the solutions. (rest the app and the band, no change; trying to update some ISP settings today, but not expecting much)

However, in the mean time, It would be really great if someone who does have access can go look at workouts 3, 4, and possibly 5 of "Spring Running II" (intermediate, 40 minutes) the first one should be 400m intervals with some thing in the rest periods, and I have no idea what the 4th or 5th is. :p

I would really like to keep up to date and motivated while the access issues are sorted, and this would be a huge help. Thanks!

Saw your post earlier this morning, figured someone would try to help you out...guess not. Here's all of them for Spring Running II:

Distance Run #1 - Warmup: Walk (2m) ,Jog (60s), Walk (2m); Circuit: Run (4000m); Cooldown: Walk(2m)
Interval Run #1 - Warmup: Walk (2m), Jog(60s), Walk(2m); Circuit: 6 sets of Jog (2m), Run (60s); Cooldown: Walk(2m)
Hard Run#1 - Warmup: Walk(2m), Jog(60s),Walk(2m); Circuit: 5 sets of RunHard(400m),Walk(2m); Cooldown: Walk(2m)
Circuit Training #1 - Warmup: Walk(2m), Walking High Knees (45s), Walking High Kicks (45s); Circuit: 5 sets of Run (400m), Body-weight Jump Squats (10x), Lunges (20x); Cooldown: Walk (2m)
Distance Run #2 - Warmup: Walk (2m) ,Jog (60s), Walk (2m); Circuit: Run (4800m); Cooldown: Walk(2m)
