News missing

I have been near my PC all evening, well to be honest all day, I have a specific company added to News, nothing came up. I have had my phone on a few times (950XL) and nothing in Cortana's news sections about it.

Yet when I just checked my band there was a news item in Cortana about this company.

Just asked her to tell me a joke and she responded by voice, but it all just seems a bit hit an miss at the moment.

I am in the UK with UK settings across all devices.

UK Cortana hasn't been that effective and efficient as compared with US version - from the many comments I've read online

She took great delight letting me know Chelsea had lost last season, now we are winning again she's gone all silent on me.

Might scrap it all and start again..........

And a lot of them comments are probably mine :smile:

I didn't scrap it and start again but I did go through all her settings on every device, and then I added a new "Interest" and she just flashed up and told me Chelsea only managed a 2-2 draw with Swansea, better than a lose I suppose..................

I think she just needed a prod in the ribcage :smile:


EDIT A few hours late but for the first time she just popped up on my Xbox One and told me about the draw........
