NFC Mobile Payments

So we know that Apple just introduced NFC payments. I know this was a feature that MS advertised with Windows Phone, but how exactly do we go about using it? Or is it even possible? I have an ATT Lumia 1020, and I don't see any option for mobile payments in my Wallet. Does anyone know if this functionality is available yet or if it is possible?

if you're on AT&T, like me, then you're stuck waiting for ISIS (Softcard now) to release an app to allow it.AT&T, Verizon and sprint worked together on isis (softcard). you can get a jump on it and go to an AT&T store and get a secure sim, but beyond that, it's a waiting game. Softcard says the app will be out soon.... but have been saying that since the ICON launched last year.
