No chevron love

I'm beyond frustrated. I've been trying to unlock my Focus v1.3 on Mango for a couple days now. All I get is the can not connect to phone message. I've followed the process from several different sources to the letter and still no hacking love. I've turned the phone on and off, disconnected reconnected, restarted Zune, etc. Do I just keep trying? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Same frustrations here. Have tried since I got my token; multiple times on Sat 11/5 and a few times today. Site says "oops" and won't connect. Don't know about most of you, but $9.00 is nothing to sneeze at. Hopefully they will get their act together this week. If not, refund request will got in.
