No cyan for my 925?

In my country, lumia cyan for the 925 is available on every operator, yet my 925 doesn't show it on update...

I tried switching 3 sim cards and then rebooting, still it says there are no updates...

Some details:
Model: RM-892_eu_euro1_249
Build: 3051.40000.1345.1007
Variant: CV GBIE
Os version: 8.0.10517.150

In extra+info I get as mobile operator: 000-GB (never inserted an UK sim card)

What can I do?

Did you ever switch your Region to get a different feature not available in your home area?

Have you installed preview for developers? If that is installed then you will have to flash to an older room and then update to cyan.

No, I didn't change any region.
Also I didn't install the developer preview because, even with all the assurances, I knew that something would go wrong... (see windows 8.0 public beta)

If your phone is a GB Varient, you'll need to wait for that variant to get it. This can happen if you bought it unlocked from any dealer besides from your carrier. It makes no difference what company sim card is in it, or the region it's set to.

I flashed my phone to the country variant that I wanted. Downloaded the firmware using Nokia data manner and flagged using Nokia product support tool. I got the steps from xda forum. You might want to check that.

Make sure to backup stuffs before you flash the phone.
