No desired job even the TECH GIANT knows!!

Hi !
I'm going to discuss about the unemployed job seekers who are searching for the job from months, years.
We know that each of one(or a family member) is having internet.
Someone got their desired job but what others will do? They will doing searching and searching for jobs on Google, Bing, Yahoo, indeed, LinkedIn etcetera, etcetera...
Every tech giants companies have our digital information what we're searching, where we going, our locations etc.

For eg. If I searched for 'Web Designing jobs at ABC LOCATION' on google, then they get our ip address along with our searched query. Still why they didn't recruit the job seeker for their job openings?

Many of us wants to do their dream job but they have to change their mind just because of the circumstances, requirements around themselves.
On the other side, most of companies replaced their loyal workers, employees with Robotics/Robots who can work at faster rate but still lack of the human brain.

No, Sir! I was just giving an example ??????.

I just speak from the experienced side who were doing their best from minimum 4-5years and on the other side most of tech giants still have vacant Jobs from years.
