No Facebook or Twitter

When I go into my Microsoft health app Facebook and Twitter are grayed out but the apps are on my phone? Does anyone have a suggestion as to what's going on? Several other's are grayed out but I don't use them for anything..

The "regular" app or the beta app? I've seen other messages here that the beta doesn't work - because it shows as a different name to the other apps.

What phone OS are you on?

They usually grey out when you already have the max amount that can be on the Band. You'll have to remove other tiles if you want to put those two on.
