No free 200GB storage nor Skype premium

So I pre-ordered the Surface 2 right after the announcement and I was promised 200GB free Skydrive storage and a Skype premium account for making local line phone calls. I have my Surface 2 since Oct 22 now but I never received any of that. Anyone else with the same problem? If so, what did you do?

Yup, the codes and instructions for each are included in the box.

In the box where the documentation is there are 2 slips of paper with products codes on them (one has SkyDrive labeling on it, the other one shows the Skype branding).
