You'll need to complain to them directly, they obviously think there's not enough customers to justify them creating Windows Phone versions of their games.

king.com doesn't feel that investing time in WP would be feasible for them at the moment because of the small user base as compared to iOS and Android. Hopefully some day in the future they do so.
