No incoming video from Skype

Not getting video from Skype contacts anymore. Can't tell for sure when has it started. Used to be fine a month ago for sure.
Details:
1) Instead of a contact's video I just see a bold white dot in the middle of the screen. Can also see my own video in small window.
2) My contacts are calling me from windows PCs, but they all have fresh up-to-date Skype. Have yet to check whether issue persists if called from Android or another WP.
3) Contacts can see my video just fine.

Anyone experience the same issue?

my video sender is using a MAC. I'm on a PC Windows 10
