No Internet Explorer?

I just gota Nokia lumia 521 from metro and it doesn't have IE installed on it. Is this normal?

Have you contacted Microsoft support?? also try a hard reset if that works

Go to nokia care and flash your cell hope it would help or hard reset your cell.

Factory reset fixed it. Weird though, huh?
