No more "Choose Best Lighting" option on 950 XL

I recently noticed tonight when taking pictures with my 950 XL that i have no more option to Choose Best Lightning for the flash on any pictures i take. This is with the flash on auto or all the time or off. Now i recently put the insider build 14xxx on it so that might be it, or i may have accidentally turned a setting off. Does anyone know what the problem is or have a similar issue? I dont play around much with the camera so i am not too familiar with that aspect of the software/hardware of this phone.

Something similar to this happened to me. I found a camera update on the Windows Store and downloaded it. That fixed it for me.
