No More Count On Store Tile?

With apps automatically updating, does that mean we won't have any more updated app counts on the Store live tile?
I haven't seen any, since updating.
How are we supposed to know when updates happened?

I still have tile counts - but there has to be a notification first before it updates the tile.
 
After the app have been updated there will be a notification on notification center, also if you go to store you can view history of all updates and installations.
 
After the upgrade I had to go in and manually change the settings back to manual updates only. It had defaulted back to auto updating. I did not get the notifications on the live tile either until I changed it back. I prefer to see what's updating and when by just checking the store each day. Also you can force it to check for updates by going into settings. It can take some time for it to show an update is available for you. By pressing the "check for updates" you can get it sooner if its available.
 
Yeah, I did the same thing. I also prefer to update manually. I had the same experience as you. No count unless auto date was off.
 
I like the new notification center but sometimes wpcentral posts the update status before the apps are upodated so I still get to do some updating before its automatically done. Its the best of both worlds.
 
Not sure about you guys but I still get toasts and tile updates with auto update off
 
I think you'll also get counts if one of those automatic app updates has something you need to accept (e.g., the previous version did not use location services, but the newer version does).
