no network found

my SIM 1 has no connection. It says 'no network found'.

my SIM 1 has no connection. It says 'no network found'.

So many questions come to mind ... (obviously a dual sim device)
- What device?
- What OS version?
- Who's sim? (is it a GSM sim?)
- What part of the world?
- Did you put a microSD in a sim slot?

IF you provide more info, someone may be able to HELP you.
