no notifications on lumia 620 after cyan update

after i updated my phone to cyan i went to notifications+action center there was no apps can some 1 help me

Apps will start popping up into the notifications+actions as you start receiving notifications.

The next time you receive a message through Whatsapp, Whatsapp will appear in your notifications+actions.

Don't worry too much about it.

Have you experienced this too? After updating my Lumia 620 to Cyan, Facebook lingers in background even after I press left arrow which should kill it, cause it's not allowed to activate in background from new Battery saver app. I must always check if Facebook is there and close it, for the 2ND TIME !!! I even uninstalled it and reinstalled, but no luck, Facebook keeps lingering there after 1st opening....
