No print with new Photo app

I have a 640 and with the new Photo app build 16.201.16372 to 16.317.14282 I get no print or moving photo. Is that app only for the new phones?

I had it on my 640XL then I tried to print to a PDF and it crashed....now it doesn't show a print option.

Soft reset but still no joy :crying:
