No settings to stop mousepad from working if mouse plugged in

I have searched all the internet, but nothing works. I go to settings, all there is in mousepad is it's sensitivity. please help. I even looked on the page on this website for help but NONE of them worked. Please find a way.

If Windows 10, press Win-S, type touchpad, select touchpad settings, uncheck "leave touchpad on when mouse is connected".
