NO Sound No vibration on my Lumia 920

after day 2 of amber update, i lost my sound and vibration. it happened after i made a call and put it to loudspeaker. i soft and hard reset but still no resolution. it doesnt seem to be a headset issue since everytime i go to xbox fm, it ask me to insert headset. this phone has became not functional. please help me

After getting GDR2 for my Ascend W1 i also made calls on loud speaker and then i just woke up the next morning and bamm the speaker isnt working at all but my vibrations work and my earphones work as well im starting to think this is a GDR2 bug since nothing happened before GDR2!
