No sound on video

I'm hoping someone has a simple solution to this. While recording video there is no sound. I did a soft reset still no sound. I downloaded a recorder app and it's not recording.
I can use phone for calls okay.
Please please can someone help.
It's okay I reconnected my Bluetooth to a wee speaker, disconnected it, then tried record and lo and behold it worked. I reckon with me using phone through Bluetooth all week it hadn't disconnected properly. Well that's my theory.

Ignore first post.
Video has no sound again. I can't record anything. I also can not use speaker when calling as the caller can't hear me.
I have deleted a couple of the most recent apps I've downloaded just in case. I've also done a couple of soft resets. I tried connecting to Bluetooth again and disconnecting but no joy.
At one point I had sound back on video but no one could hear me on loud speaker.
Please is there anyone out there who can help with this.

Which phone isn't working?
I know that the earphone plug has been a problem for a few users.

L925. I use both earphones and Bluetooth regularly. I checked both they're fine. I can't understand the fault as I have been deleting apps and doing resets when I think it's ok because it records once, I try a second time nothing.
