No Touchpad Option in Setting

[Windows Central Question]

I have an Cube i7 (Chines) tablet running windows 10. I am getting tired of touchpad gestures, primarily the task view. My issues is that I cannot turn them off. The reason being is that under device setting I a mouse but no touchpad option. I do not see a touchpad anywhere in the device manager either. Every thing under the device manager is working & doesn't seem to need a driver update. Does anyone know a generic driver that I could install to get so touchpad settings?
