No update available for unlocked Lumia 1020?

I'm in canada, on rogers network, using unlocked lumia 1020 (originally AT&T)...
I did the whole "back up, and roll back" and no update availalble for cyan....
any ideas?

I'm not following Cyan, but if ATT didn't release it you wont get it. I doesn't matter if you are on Rogers or something else. You got to wait for ATT
