Windows Central Question

Asked the question below a few minutes ago but omitted the word "NOT" by mistake.

My Vista emachines (ET1161-05) does not offer USB on the Bios to load from. It offers "removable". I tried using the USB and DVD free downloads from Microsoft for W10, but PC would NOT boot from either. Can I still update to W10 (without a product key) somehow?
