No video? Asked to save searches?

I did a search for video on my Nokia 939 and it brought me back results. I clicked in the video thinking it would play, instead it takes me to another screen that says:

You haven't saved anything yet.
Select theto save videos here. To see adult results you've saved, change your SafeSearch setting.

Why didn't it play? Save videos? What?
