No voice or correct operation in Cortana

Since the anniversary drop plus last Fast Ring update I've had no Cortana on my 950XL. Press and hold search... nothing, no indicator that it's listening, no tone.. zip. Go to train for Hey Cortana, it doesn't speak the phrases. I can't interact with it and it's basically dead. Anyone else having problems?

Cheers, wasn't aware of that. It's more than just the voice though, Text notifications stop after a while and sounds in general seem flaky.
