No Weather On Glance, Need Help

Why doesn't glance screen show me weather forecast in my Lumia 640xl ? Is it a technical glitch or hardware defect? I already have the weather app installed. Please help.

It lags from time to another.
So, I suggest to use accuweather-weather-for-life instead.

640/xl does NOT have full glance.

Why not? The time keeps moving around the whole screen every minute. What do u mean by full glance?

Try moving Weather app from the SD card to the phone

I had this after adding an SD card and just had a sunny sky background . This fixed it...

Nope. No background app option. I'm running windows 10 mobile tp build 10149. Can you please send me some screen shots of what you r asking

The hardware on the 640 and 640 XL can accommodate the time and some notifications, but not background images and apps like Weather.

On mobile and can't figure how to post a pic, but full glance has "4" options you can choose from. The 4th is background apps. If you don't see it, that phone doesn't support it. Maybe in the future.

It's not going to happen on the 640 and XL because the information simply won't fit in the hardware.
