Nokia 1520 on 10149:since updating whey do my apps act funky?

Nokia 1520 on 10149

Since adding this update to my 1520 ... Project Spartan opens and crashes .. IE tile is unresponsive .. and my music is gone .. when I open the music tile and try to sign in, it's unresponsive. Anyone else having these issues and if so what did you to get them resolved? Thanks!

What I did to resolve most of the issues is doing a hard reset... Do not try to restore from backup... Work with a clean image of Windows 10 and u will see the difference.
