Nokia 1520 or hold out for the next one?

I've been thinking about getting the 1520 for a month or so now, but now that we know that windows phone 8.1 will be a significant upgrade (for example the back button will no longer be used) should I get the 1520 or wait for the first windows phone 8.1 phones to come out in Q1 2014?

Hmm, I plan on getting the 1520 also.. If you can stick with your phone for another half year then waiting wouldn't be bad. You can always buy the 1520 anytime as soon as it's released.

get the 1520! "the back button will no longer be used" this is not factual at all and is probably a complete lie / made up rumour. the 1520 will still get 8.1 so i say go for it

also, since the att variant won't have wireless charging (which I was looking forward to) would it be possible to use the international version on a US gsm network like att?

You could, just be sure it supports 4G LTE on AT&T's network if that is a concern.

1520, WP8.1 is coming in Q2 2014 not Q1 as planned. So, I assume the next WP will come out around the same time!
