Nokia 822 & Wallet

Hi,

My boss just flipped me into his Windows Phone so we could get accustomed to it at our office. I'm liking everything so far -- all the good things I remember from WP7, but better of course. However, the new Wallet app doesn't appear to be working as I think it shouldn't. It doesn't seem like I'm able to make NFC payments as advertised. Is Verizon blocking this functionality or is there something extra I need to do?

From what I've read, there are two issues. The first is that NFC Payment isn't enabled on the Verizon phones. The second issue is that no business yet support's MS's NFC payment protocol.
