Nokia 920 won't fully charge

In the past couple of days I have noticed that the phone doesnt charge past around 65%. The sign shows that it is charging but the % doesnt go above 65%.

I bought this phone around April so not too old.

Anyone else had this problem or knwo of a solution?

Have you let it completely drain? It sounds as if the battery has developed memory but I didn't think batteries had that issue anymore. May have to send the device in for service. Could probably even replace yourself. I doubt a battery replacement is too difficult.
