Hi guys,

Photography newb here trying to dabble into Nokia Camera's manual mode for the 1520. When I was fiddling with the settings, I see that I cannot separately control the ISO, shutter speed and brightness all at the same time. I can control any two of these three at the same time but one will self adjust. For example, if I set the ISO to a fixed number. Then if I adjust the shutter speed the brightness will auto adjust itself depend on the selected shutter speed. Another example is that if I adjust the brightness to a fixed point, then if I adjust the ISO the shutter speed will adjust itself. In both cases, there are also little red lines underline the settings that would change.

Does the app allow the user to customize all three settings manually? (even if it is dangerous to do so, as one may botch a shot very easily). If anyone knows please help this newb out. Thanks very much in advance!

Both shutter speed and ISO determine brightness, and the brightness setting determines shutter speed and ISO, so the brightness setting is redundant when you manually set both shutter speed and ISO.

EDIT: The red underline for ISO means that the quality of the image will be low, and for the shutter speed it means that the optical image stabilization won't be effective or that the image might be over-exposed.
