Nokia Care App not updated!

Hello Everyone,

My Lumia 1320 (purchased in India) came pre-installed with the Nokia Care app, that lets you find out important information about your device, view help docs, tutorial videos and things like that.

The app works fine, but from what I know, Nokia Care was updated quite some time ago, and renamed to Lumia Help+Tips. However, my phone neither shows any pending update(s) to the Nokia Care app, nor can I find the Lumia Help+Tips app in the Store.

Any ideas as to why this might be happening?
