Where can I download this soft for windows 8 because everyone I found says it's not available for my OS

Do a search in the forums for Nokia Care Suite (if you are more advanced) or Nokia Software Updater for Retail. I'm on my phone and don't have a link. You are going to have to download a specific version and alter the user config file so you can connect

edit: if you use either, you will lose all your data on your phone. It is the equivalent of a hard reset, so make sure you back everything up

Same here. I got the software from the Nokia website and it says the 920 isn't compatible.

You can't get it from Nokia, you have to get an older version from one of the locations in the many threads about it. Search for it in the forums
