Nokia Carl Zeiss Tessar 2.2/28

[Windows Central Question]

It just keep going in this same loop... Over and Over again... It will come on but it goes to a white screen and then goes to the Nokia screen.. Then goes to the at&t screen.. What do I need to do about this...

Hi, are you able to give the model number of the phone?
The 'Carl Zeiss Tessar' part is to do with the camera and isn't the phone model.

I'm willing to wager that OP owns an AT&T Lumia 900 that's bootlooping. (he read the text engraved on the back camera trim) The question becomes what to do. It may have died?
I don't think WP7 devices are included in the WDRT.
