Nokia Does not know what Portico is. Funny

My sister is in Canda liaising with Rogers/Nokia to get my phone replaced. Since rogers won't replaced it because they unlocked it (lol) she called nokia. She was telling the guy on the phone what was wrong with it from what I told her. When she mentioned to him that it was updated to Portico, the guy asked her "What is Portico".

LOL. I don't know if that is funny or embarrassing.

He also said that he cannot guarantee that the phone will come back unlocked and we may have to carry it back to Rogers to be unlocked again. Is Rogers going to charge us an additional 50$ to unlock it?!!
