Nokia glass screen wavy

Was looking for scratches by reflecting light off the screen noticed the glass is wavy looking the reflected image is sort of like a fun house mirror with a little distortion. like the glass bends. Is this normal?

Mine doesn't look wavy but kinda concave, and I can only notice it in certain lighting conditions, but it doesn't seem to distort anything.
