Nokia Lumia 1020 flash problem

My Nokia Lumia 1020 both flash stopped working and I don't know why. Any solution please?

No! The phone didn't drop at all. And it stopped working about three months ago, and it's still not working thanks for paying attention on me

Sounds to me like a hardware problem.

I'm assuming you're still on W8.1 correct? Did you try any 3rd party camera apps over stock to see if flash works with them?

Yes I'm on windows 8.1 I'm using Microsoft camera and Lumia camera.

I just tried a camera app called Camera 360 and a torch app didn't work. Like you said I'm suspecting a hardware problem too. Thanks for your time guys
