Nokia Lumia 1320 Camera problem

Hello,

I have a nokia lumia 1320 and when i take a picture with the camera, i can see the picture i took in the picture preview before it is saved however, when i go to my pictures (in the picture folder) the image looks completely white. does anyone know what is causing the problem? how can i fix it?
